1. Controller

2. Data We Collect

We collect the data you provide through our contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Selected service (optional)
  • Message content

Our web server and contact API also record server logs for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs may include your client IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, and contact API status metadata.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers that process personal data on our behalf. Contact form submissions are sent on our behalf by Resend, an email provider based in the USA; data leaves the European Economic Area only under Chapter V GDPR. The panel and our email are kept on infrastructure located in the European Union.

If you ask us to manage DNS records for a domain connected to your server, Cloudflare processes on our behalf the domain name, DNS record contents, and related account and request data needed to publish and check those records. The legal basis is performance of the contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data outside the EEA; transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, where it does not apply, the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tools.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of our business relationship or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days, unless we need to keep a specific log entry longer to investigate abuse, security incidents, or legal claims.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you.
