Every install free on your first server Installs free on your first server

Move into
your own cloud.

From an empty VPS to a protected private cloud — no terminal. Mail, files, and photos on your own server; setup and security are configured automatically.

A laptop, a phone and a coffee on a small table in a busy cafe on a rainy morning.

CHAPTER I

Someone else’s place.

Your files, mail, and photos sit on someone else's servers, under someone else's terms. The terms can change tomorrow, and the provider decides what happens to your content — including with AI.

A fee for every user, storage limits, surcharges for features. Years of data in one service — moving out means exporting it and carrying it over piece by piece.

CHAPTER II

A new address.

You click, automation works.

  1. Choose Cloud, VPN, mail, photos — every install from the catalog is free on your first server.
  2. Connect your server A VPS or your own machine running Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky or AlmaLinux. You pay your provider for the server directly.
  3. Click “Install” You start deploys and updates with one click — automation handles the mechanics.

AFTER INSTALLATION

We install and leave.

Installed apps run on your server on their own — without our panel, without an agent and without a connection to us. You come back only for updates or new apps.

CHAPTER III

Your own place.

A father and his son look at a tablet together on the sofa in the evening.

Memories come home.

Automatic uploads from your phone, face recognition and fast search, without handing your memories to an outside cloud.

And the whole catalog, one click away.

Comparison: a typical cloud suite and your own cloud with Principale
Topic TYPICAL CLOUD SUITE YOUR OWN CLOUD WITH PRINCIPALE
Fees Usually per user, monthly or yearly Per server, not per person. Installs on your first server: 0 zł.
Storage The plan’s limit, more for an extra fee As much as your disk holds
Where your data lives In the provider’s service, on its terms On your server — with a provider you choose or in your office
Tools Passwords and VPN usually in separate subscriptions The whole catalog in one panel

FOR BUSINESSES

A business cloud for the price of a server.

Principale costs nothing on your first server — you pay your provider for the machine, and for a domain if you don’t have one yet. Another employee means another account, not another fee.

EXAMPLE · TEAM OF 10 · net prices

Cloud office suite 10 × 63 zł = 630 zł / month
Server from your provider 44.37 zł / month
Principale 0 zł

Net list prices from the providers’ websites as of 14 October 2026: Google Workspace Business Standard (63 zł per person, 2 TB per person) and OVHcloud VPS-3 (6 vCPU, 12 GB RAM, 100 GB disk). A bigger disk costs more with the provider. We compare the subscriptions alone — without a domain or additional costs such as off-server backups.
